Dialogue Writing

Here is a dialogue between myself and my friend Rupa on how to eradicate illiteracy from our country.

Myself: How are you Rupa?
Rupa   : Fine. Thank you. And how about you?
Myself: I’m also fine. What are you doing?
Rupa   :  I’m reading an article. And it’s about illiteracy?
Myself: What have you learnt from this report?Rupa   :  From this report I have come to know that most of the people of our country are don’t know how to read or write.
Myself: Yes, illiteracy has become a huge great curse in our country.
Rupa   : Illiteracy  hampers all our development programmes.                                            Myself: Certainly. But how can we eradicate illiteracy?

Rupa   :  It’s a gigantic task. We should set up adult literacy centers at every village.
Myself: At present primary education is being given free.
Rupa   :  Primary education has been made compulsory.
Myself: Yes.
Rupa   :  The government also supplies books to the students up to classes IX free of cost.
Myself: These programmes will help a lot to eradicate illiteracy.
Rupa   :  Do all the children go to school?
Myself: No, they don’t. Some children drop out after two or three years.
Rupa   :  That’s right. What’s the cause of it.
Myself: I think it is nothing but poverty that make our children drop out of the school.
Rupa   :  I think we all have a duty in this regard.
Myself: Of course.
Rupa   :  We should encourage the poor parents  to send their children to school?
Myself: Do we have enough schools in our country?
Rupa   :  No.
Myself: So, I think we should set up enough schools in our country as soon as possible.
Rupa   :  I agree with you.
Myself: Moreover it is very clear that our government alone can never solve this huge problem.
Rupa   : Of course. All the educated people should come forward in this regard.             Myself: Thanks a lot.
Rupa   : You’re welcome. It was nice speaking to you.

Here is a dialogue between myself and my friend Kona about aim in life.
Myself: Hello Kona! How are you?
Kona   : Fine. Thank you. And how about you?
Myself: Me too. Kona, do you have any aim in life?
Kona   : Yes. I’ve. Why not? I think everyone should have an aim in life.
Myself: Right you are. We cannot reach the goal of our life if we don’t have an aim in life.
Kona   : By the by. Could you please tell me about your aim in life?
Myself: Sure. Actually I’ve decided to be a doctor?
Kona   : That’s good. Could you tell me the reasons of it?
Myself: I’ve chosen it for several reasons. Firstly, it’s a noble profession. Secondly, I’ll be able to provide medical treatment to the destitute poor people through this profession. Moreover, there exists ample opportunity to earn legally.
Kona   : I appreciate you.                                                                                                      Myself: Any way, what’s your aim in life?
Kona   : My choice is very simple. I want to be a teacher.
Myself: It’s also a good profession. But most of us want to be doctor or engineer. Could you please tell me the reasons behind your choice?
Kona   : A teacher is the architect of a nation. Good teachers are the crying need for the entire development of our country. Beside you know that now-a-days good teachers are very rare in our country. Especially we have a great lacking of expert English teachers.
Myself: I agree with you. A teacher can remove the darkness of illiteracy from the lot of a nation.
Kona   : Of course.
Myself: But don’t you know the miseries of a teacher’s life?
Kona   : Sure! I know it fairly well that a teacher can’t earn much in our country. But I don’t hanker after money rather I like simple life with honor and respect.
Myself: Thank you. May Allah fulfill your aim.
Kona   : You’re welcome. It was nice speaking to you. So good bye.
Myself: Bye. See you again.
